Below is a list of current games at Lagoon. Not all games operate every day the park is open and lots of changes happen throughout the season, so this list will be constantly changing and may not always be completely up to date.. BASKETBALL<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Opened: 2025
Location: South Midway, south of Wild Mouse<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BREAK-A-PLATE<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Opened: 2002
Location: Central Midway, south of Terroride
Throw a ball to break plates lined up on racks. Break-A-Plate is located in what was a Shooting Gallery, starting in 1954, and later became Skee-Ball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CAN IT!<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Location: Central Midway, northeast of Interactive Fountain
Toss a ball into a milk can. A similar game, called Milk Cans, was formerly located in front of Game Time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Location: South Midway, north of restrooms
One of two games in a building completed in 1992. Center Ring is on the east half with Goblet Toss 2 on the west half.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CORNHOLE<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Opened: 2023 or 2024
Location: South Midway, north of Rock-O-Plane
A mega-sized game of Cornhole. It replaced Hi-Striker in 2023, but may not have actually opened until 2024. In 2026 it was moved next to Hole In One<\/a> on the south end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FREE THROW<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Opened: 2014
Location: Central Midway, northeast of Interactive Fountain
A basketball toss game in the former location of Top Gun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GAME TIME \/ PLAY JOY<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Location: Central Midway, northeast of Dracula’s Castle
Video game arcade that began as the Penny Arcade on another part of the Midway. More info to come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GOBLET TOSS<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

f.ka. Goblet Toss Too
Opened: 1992
Location: Central Midway, east of Game Time
The naming of the two Goblet Toss games is a bit confusing. Both originally opened in 1992. Goblet Toss was on the South Midway and Goblet Toss Too was north, near Game Time. Then in 2013, Goblet Toss (south) was renamed Food Fight and Goblet Toss Too (north) became Goblet Toss. A few years later the Food Fight name was dropped and it became Goblet Toss 2. The building was completed in 1992.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GOBLET TOSS 2<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Opened: 1992
Location: South Midway, north of restrooms
Goblet Toss 2 has had some name changes since it opened, but has remained essentially the same. The building was completed in 1992.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GONE FISHIN’<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Opened: 2018
Location: Central Midway, north of Carousel Plaza
This game is similar to the former Lucky Ducks game. It occupies a space that was originally Hot Shot from 1981 to 2017. The building was completed in 1981 as part of Carousel Plaza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GUESS IT<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Location: South Midway, south of Wild Kingdom Train station
Let the employee guess your age, weight or date of birth. Older versions of the game also had the option of guessing a player’s occupation or first name. In the 1960s, it was located next to the hamburger stand in front of what was the Patio Gardens (now Game Time).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HOLE IN ONE<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Location: South Midway, between Guess It and Rock-O-Plane
A golf ball putting game. In 2026, Cornhole was moved here with Hole In One’s space reduced in half.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HOOPLA<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Opened: 2026
Location: Central Midway, south of Space Scrambler
Players attempt to throw a hoop around a large 2D bottle. Took the place of Cornhole<\/a>. Another game by this name existed around the 1980s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KNOCK IT OFF<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Location: Central Midway, northeast of Interactive Fountain
A scaled-down version of Spill The Milk. The game was called Tip ‘Em Over until 2024 when it became Knock It Off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MEGAWIRE<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Opened: 2022
Location: Carousel Plaza
Move a ring around an oddly-shaped wire without touching it. The device for this game is small and can be easily moved or stored, making it easy to open during busy days and therefore hard to tell how long it has been open. It has been seen in front of Pop It 2 at the north end of Carousel Plaza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PICKLEBALL<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Opened: 29 Mar 2025
Location: South Midway, south of Rock-O-Plane
Touchdown was converted to a pickleball game in 2025. The goal posts that used to sway in front of the targets now have large pickleball paddles attached to them. Players hit pickleballs in to the targets using a regular paddle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PLOP PLOP<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Opened: 1992
Location: Central Midway, east of Game Time
The building for this game was completed in 1992 and also houses one of the Goblet Toss games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

POP IT<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Opened: 2013
Location: Central Midway, northwest of Interactive Fountain
For decades, darts were used to pop the balloons. In 2013, Darts became Pop It. Now instead of throwing darts, players throw bean bags to pop balloons which have small spikes in the wall behind them. In 2025, Skee-Ball took its place and Pop It moved one space to the south in what was Up, Up And Away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

POP IT 2<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Opened: 2013
Location: Central Midway, north of Carousel Plaza
Throw bean bags to pop balloons. The building was built as part of Carousel Plaza in 1981 and this stall was home to a new darts game named Darts II. It changed to Pop It 2 in 2013. Pick-A-Pop was in this location during the 2014 season. Pick-A-Pop was a small game so it’s possible that Pop It 2 stayed open in part of the stall that year. If not, it reopened in 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SKEE-BALL<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Opened: 2021
Location: Central Midway, northwest of Interactive Fountain
Skee-Ball was a staple of the Midway for decades and had multiple locations. This location, formerly known as Skee-Ball North, closed in the 2010s. It returned with all new machines in 2021. Then in 2025, Skee-Ball moved across the Midway to the old Pop It location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SLAM DUNK<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Opened: 2009
Location: North Midway, east of Samurai
Shoot a basketball through a hoop. It was alternately known as Shoot Til U Win \/ Shoot Till You Win from 2009 to 2020. The dual names may have been due to separate methods of game play. As of 2021, all the signs were replaced by a new Slam Dunk sign, but it’s rarely (if ever) open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SPEEDBALL<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Opened: 1982
See how fast you can throw a baseball. This game opened in its current location in 1982 before moving north near the Lagoon Music Theatre<\/a> in the 1990s. That stall was demolished to make way for the Biergarten and Speedball returned to its original spot in 2019, replacing Shooting Waters (1998-2018). For a while, the Paratrooper ride was on this corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SPILL THE MILK<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Opened: 1954
Location: Central Midway, north of Roller Coaster
Throw baseballs to knock down a stack of metal milk bottles. This is one of Lagoon’s oldest currently operating games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TIC-TAC-TOE<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Opened: 2003
Location: Central Midway, northeast of Interactive Fountain
Toss balls into a grid of nine holes to get three in a row.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WHAC-A-MOLE<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

f.k.a. Wac-A-Mole
Opened: 1981
Location: Central Midway, southwest of Interactive Fountain
Use a mallet to whack moles that pop out of the machine. It’s the only game that has been in this space as it was previously just part of the Fun House building. The name was always spelled Wac-A-Mole, but new machines had a different spelling which was later used a new sign above the game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WORLD CUP CHALLENGE \/ PENALTY SHOT<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Opened: 2013
Location: Central Midway, in front of Game Time
Kick a soccer ball into the goal. Penalty Shot opened here in 2013 and was renamed World Cup Challenge for the 2018 season. It changed to a hockey game called Slap Shot from 2020 to 2023 before reverting back to World Cup Challenge in 2024. The space was originally the ticket booth area when the building was a concert venue. The walls were added later. It has since been home to games like Bottle Up (1998-2012).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
