The Patio Gardens was a dance hall and concert venue built in 1954 as a replacement for the old Dancing Pavilion that burned down the previous fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A long list of top performers and celebrities appeared at the Patio Gardens for about a decade and a half. After Lagoon stopped using the venue it was briefly used as a roller skating rink before becoming home to the Penny Arcade and Dracula’s Castle. Today a small arcade still exists in part of the building, as well as the Seance attraction during Frightmares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
