{"id":19116,"date":"2025-10-10T17:34:40","date_gmt":"2025-10-10T23:34:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lagoonhistory.com\/project\/?p=19116"},"modified":"2025-10-10T19:13:37","modified_gmt":"2025-10-11T01:13:37","slug":"nutcracker-announced-as-lagoons-next-big-attraction","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lagoonhistory.com\/project\/nutcracker-announced-as-lagoons-next-big-attraction\/","title":{"rendered":"Nutcracker announced as Lagoon&#8217;s next big attraction"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a special event at Lagoon on Friday, Lagoon spokesperson Julie Freed announced the new attraction for 2026 will be Nutcracker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It will be the tallest ride on the South Midway and will reach up to 68 mph, second only to the top speed of Cannibal. It will also include a 50-foot tall nutcracker by a metal fabricator in Cincinnati.
