The reason they provided was simply that it had reached the end of its service life. Lagoon&#8217;s social media posts did add that &#8220;a worthy successor&#8221; has been planned for the space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jet Star 2 is a classic Schwarzkopf coaster, which are becoming increasingly rare. Lagoon has been lucky to have two Schwarzkopf coasters (along with Colossus: The Fire Dragon) operating together for so many years.
