{"id":20406,"date":"2026-04-30T22:25:33","date_gmt":"2026-05-01T04:25:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lagoonhistory.com\/project\/?p=20406"},"modified":"2026-05-02T18:55:54","modified_gmt":"2026-05-03T00:55:54","slug":"lagoons-new-social-clubs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lagoonhistory.com\/project\/lagoons-new-social-clubs\/","title":{"rendered":"Lagoon&#8217;s new social clubs planned to open in May"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Lagoon&#8217;s two new social clubs are about to open, according to Lagoon spokesperson, Julie Freed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Freed appeared in a sponsored segment on Fox 13 in late April to talk about what&#8217;s new in 2026 and mentioned the clubs are planned to open &#8220;in a couple of weeks&#8221;. They will be located in the upper levels of the new Carousel Candy and Peacock Parlour building in the center of the Midway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She also shared that the bars would serve &#8220;cocktails, mocktails and small bites&#8221; and will be open from noon until an hour before the park closes for the day. Any guests age 21 and over are welcome, but there is a cover charge of $10 &#8211; or $15 for two guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These clubs will be the third location where alcohol is served at the park since the opening of the Biergarten in 2019, the second being the Snakebite Saloon which opened in Pioneer Village last year. Before then, alcohol sales were made available for catered picnics.
